What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Garment & Care
What if an item is not the colour that I thought it was?
Please bear in mind due to different computer monitors/calibrations colors may vary slightly from the picture. Also, colors may look slightly different due to various lighting when shooting.
How do I care for my bikinis/swimsuits?
Attached to each bikini or swimsuit is our care label that will provide you with care instructions.
To prolong the life of your bikini, please
- always rinse with clear cold water in a mild soap to remove perspiration, salt from salt water, sun cream, oils and chemicals. Never leave to soak.
- Drip dry in shade (never dry in direct sunlight)
- Avoid rough surfaces, excessive contact with suntan oils and lotions, over chlorinated and over heated spas and pools
- Do not use strong detergent or fabric softener, bleach
What's the status of my order
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link where you can see the status of your delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to the fact that we want to avoid overproduction and thereby save resources and protect the environment, we only keep low stocks. Items in-stock are available immediately, will be shipped out within 2 working days. If it happens that an item runs out-of-stock, you can join our waitlist and we notify you when your desired product is back-in-stock.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Will I have to pay customs and duties taxes?
If you purchase from outside Europe, you -the buyer- are responsible for all customs & duties associated within your own country. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office or reading our shipping terms page. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all OCEANCHILD orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this.
Can I get my order sooner?
Please contact us in advance if you need your order sooner.
What payment options do you offer?
Currently, we only offer Paypal and bank transfer as a payment option.
How can I use a voucher/discount code?
After you have added your items to your cart, please select proceed to checkout. You will have the option to add your discount or promo code to your order. Please bear in mind, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
Can I return products?
Our products are made to make you happy, and we back that up with our return policy. If you are not happy with your bikini/swimsuit or chose the wrong size, just contact us and send your purchase back to us within 14 working days. We will refund you or send you a replacement. Please note, any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Do not remove the hygiene sticker in swimsuits and bottoms if you want to return your purchase.
Will my shipping costs be reimbursed?
If you return all products, we will refund you the shipping costs. However, if you keep at least one product, you will have to carry the shipping costs.
Who carries the return shipping costs?
You -as a buyer- will have to pay for the return shipping costs, except for the unlikely event of a faulty item. Please read more about it in the “Shipping & Return” Page.
