Items in stock are available immediately, and will be shipped out within 2 working days. Due to the fact that we want to avoid overproduction and thereby save resources and protect the environment, we only keep low stocks. If it happens that an item runs out of stock, you can join our waitlist and we will notify you when the product is back in stock.

Domestic Shipping

Germany (2-3 working days) 7 €

 

International Shipping

Europe (3-8 working days) 16 €

Rest of the world (10-20 working days) 38 €

 

Shipments to outside the EU: Prices do not include duty, customs or tax fees for international orders. Please not these are the responsibility of the customer.

We will email you a tracking number within one business day after your order is dispatched. Watch out for this email so you can track the progress of your order.

 

RETURNS

 

All of our products are refundable. If you are not happy with your bikini/swimsuit or chose the wrong size, just contact us at hello@oceanchildswim.com and send your purchase back to us within 14 working days. We will refund you or send you a replacement.

Shipping Costs: If you return all products, we will refund you the shipping costs. However, if you keep at least one product, you will have to carry the shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs: You -as a buyer- will have to pay for the return shipping costs, except for the unlikely event of a faulty item (please read below).

Please note, any product you return must be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please try the bikinis on only with underwear.

We do not accept returns on sales or promotions.

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at hello@oceanchildswim.com as soon as possible so we can start the exchange process. Oceanchild will bare the return shipping costs, so please keep your postage receipt and we will reimburse you if we deem the item to be faulty. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the exchange, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery. Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and if we deem it to be faulty, you will be given a store credit so you can repurchase from our online store.

Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside those individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to cancel any contract on the following conditions:

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Kämper & Wittich GbR, Lüenbrink 14, 59457 Werl, Deutschland, Tel.: 0049 152 5922 3768, E-Mail: hello@oceanchildswim.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods
