DUTIES & TAXES
Duties & Taxes must be paid for in full by the recipient upon entry into destination Country. Oceanchild Swim is not responsible for these charges.
All Oceanchild Swim orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Munich.
Depending on the destination country, please allow between 7 to 20 business days for delivery.
Always refer to the individual shipping on the product page.

We accept returns in original condition.
Any product you return must be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with all tags and liners attached.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
If you are not happy with your bikini/swimsuit or chose the wrong size, just contact us at email@example.com and send your purchase back to us within 14 working days.
We will refund you or send you a replacement. We do not accept returns on sales or promotions.
Shipping Costs: If you return all products, we will refund you the shipping costs. However, if you keep at least one product, you will have to carry the shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs: You -as a buyer- will have to pay for the return shipping costs, except for the unlikely event of a faulty item (please read below).
In case of a faulty item please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving the garment. Please include a few clear photos to show the issue. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the exchange, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery. Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and if we deem it to be faulty, you will be given a store credit so you can repurchase from our online store.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-14 business days to appear on your bank statement due to varying processing times between financial providers.
We do not offer exchanges.
If you would like an alternate size or style, please place a new order as soon as possible to avoid missing out on your size and the desired item.
