If you purchase from outside Europe, you -the buyer- are responsible for all customs & duties associated within your own country. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all Oceanchild orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this.

If you are not happy with your bikini/swimsuit or chose the wrong size, just contact us and send your purchase back to us within 14 working days.
You will receive a refund, a credit note or replacement.
Please note, any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Do not remove the hygiene sticker in swimsuits and bottoms if you want to return your purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, if accepted your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 14 business days to appear on your bank statement due to varying processing times between financial providers.
Once your return is received and inspected, if accepted, your 110% store credit note will then be sent via email. The credit will be issued at the value paid, plus 10%. Credit notes have no expiry date, and may be used for any item/s. They cannot be reverted into a refund at any point.
